New Enchantments: Fairy Tale Music for Bassoon

Three pieces are my own arrangements of fairy tale music by Rameau, Rossini, and Schumann. The other three pieces are commissions by Sato Matsui, Iván Enrique Rodríguez, and Max Grafe; the fairy tales they were inspired by each reflect a different cultural heritage. I was privileged to record with a wonderful group of musicians, including Hilda Huang (piano), Kathleen McLean (bassoon), Rachell Ellen Wong (violin), Bethanne Walker (flute), Jonathan Salamon (harpsichord), and Lucian Avalon (oboe).
