New Enchantments: Fairy Tale Music for Bassoon

Three pieces are my own arrangements of fairy tale music by Rameau, Rossini, and Schumann. The other three pieces are commissions by Sato Matsui, Iván Enrique Rodríguez, and Max Grafe; the fairy tales they chose were inspired by their own cultural heritage. I was privileged to record with a wonderful group of musicians, including Hilda Huang (piano), Kathleen McLean (bassoon), Rachell Ellen Wong (violin), Bethanne Walker (flute), Jonathan Salamon (harpsichord), and Lucian Avalon (oboe).
